1. Each applicant over 18
years old must fill out a separate application.
2. A nonrefundable processingfee of $10must be submitted with each
application.
3. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the rental unit at
anytime.
4. The initial rental term is 6-12 months and will be
determined by Moses Realty.
5. Parking isn’t included; if requested and available
there’s an additional cost.
6. Proof of identity (e.g., Driver’s License) and Social
Security Card are required.
7. Only completed applications, including all requirements,
will be processed. If any question does not apply to you,
write “NA” after that question; don’t leave any blanks.
8. It takes about 3 business days to complete processing
and, if accepted, you may be asked to come to Moses
Realty’s office within 1 day to sign the lease, for which
you should allow 1 1/2 hours.
9. When the lease is signed a full month’s rent and
security deposit (equal to a month’s rent), must be paid in
cash (a commercial lease may require more funds).
10. We may ask anyone if they would be your guarantor and
they need to live on Oahu.
11. Any lease related documents may be transmitted via the
Internet or fax.
12. Any documentation provided to Moses Realty in
connection with this application will not be returned,
regardless of the disposition of this application.
13. The applicant has read the entire application and
agrees that if the applicant causes a financial loss to the
landlord, that the applicant’s name may be placed in the
files of both UniCheck and TenantCheck and/or other credit
or recording bureaus and such information will be made
public. The applicant understands that causing a financial
loss may limit the applicant’s ability to obtain credit or
lease other dwelling units.
14. The applicant hereby authorizes consumer reporting
agencies to provide Moses Realty with consumer reports
relating to the applicant. The applicant hereby gives
permission for Moses Realty and TenantCheck to verify the
submitted information. The applicant gives irrevocable
permission for any third party, before, during and after
tenancy, to provide Moses Realty, its attorney or
collection agency with any contact information on the
tenant for the purposes of debt collection.
15. The applicant will provide documentation to support all
of the applicant’s answers.
16. The applicant has retained a copy of this application.
17. By submitting this form electronically to Moses Realty,
I acknowledge that I, the applicant, personally, completed
this application. I attest the information I have given is
true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
